Jolly Property Services is a successful family business established in 1984 to meet the growing need for a high quality professional property management and letting service in the Salisbury area.

Our team of experienced staff has a detailed knowledge of property management, residential lettings and housing law. Our office is conveniently located on the outskirts of Wilton, just a few minutes' drive from the centre of Salisbury and within easy reach of the many properties we manage in the area.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme - Jolly Property Services has joined a Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) in line with government legislation introduced on 6 April 2007
Government Personnel - as one of the leading independent letting agents in Wiltshire we have been selected by a national relocation company to house government personnel posted to this area.
Insurance - Jolly Property Services is able to recommend insurance companies which specialise in rental properties.
