Our experienced team has a detailed knowledge of property management, residential lettings and housing law. Staff attend regular courses to update their already comprehensive understanding of the law, specifically related to property.

The office is conveniently located on the outskirts of Wilton, just a few minutes drive from the centre of Salisbury and within easy reach of the many properties we manage in the area. We have plenty of parking and a quiet environment for landlords and tenants to discuss and consider their requirements.

Professional Bodies

We pride ourselves on our high standard of operation, our attention to detail and the personal service we offer, tailored to your individual needs. These high standards qualify us for membership of the following professional bodies:

NFOPP -The National Federation of Property Professionals

This is an amalgamation of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). The federation imposes strict regulations on the financial affairs of its member companies whose accounts are scrutinized annually.

NALS – The National Approved Letting Scheme

A government sponsored scheme which lays down a strict code of conduct for its members.

TDS - The Dispute Service

This is a government scheme introduced in April 2007 to ensure that all tenants’ deposits are protected in a ring fenced account and can only be used for dilapidations, specifically agreed by both landlord and tenant at the end of a tenancy. Issues in dispute are dealt with by an independent arbitrator from The Dispute Service.

Insurance

We are able to offer an insurance which guarantees rent and pays for any legal expenses that may be incurred with problem tenants. We can also recommend insurance companies who deal specifically with rental properties for building and contents insurance.
