What we require from you

  1. Complete our application forms and return them to us with your reservation and referencing fees.
  2. Arrange to pay us the first month's rent and a further month and a half's rent as a deposit on the first day of the tenancy.
  3. Confirm your move-in date.
  4. Arrange your removals.

After the start of the tenancy

  1. We will set up a standing order for the ongoing rent.
  2. We will put the utility accounts into your name with the exception of the telephone.
  3. We will organize any maintenance as it arises (managed properties only).
  4. We will visit you every 4 months (managed properties only).
After the start of the tenancy

To terminate the tenancy


The tenancy can not be terminated in the first six months.  After this period -

  1. We require one month’s notice from your rent payment date.
  2. The landlord has to give you 2 month's notice from your rent payment date.
  3. We will then book a suitable date and time to check the inventory and collect keys.
  4. Once  notice has been given, viewings are arranged with you with reasonable notice.
